Monthly retainer

$3,600/month. Technology strategy and roadmap, architecture and vendor reviews, hiring and team guidance, security posture, board and investor technology support, async access plus regular check-ins.

Hourly

$285/hour, 20-hour minimum. For a defined piece of work: an architecture or code review, a build-vs-buy decision, technical due diligence, a planning workshop.
